Schedule a meeting that works for everyone

A free, simple meeting poll. Propose times, share a link, and let people vote. If no time works for everyone in round 1, respondents' suggested alternatives plus original times that got at least one yes automatically go out for a round 2 vote.

How it works

Create a poll. Add a title, optional details, your meeting length, and the times you'd like to propose.
Share the link. You'll get a public link to share, and you can also send invites by email.
Respondents vote yes / maybe / no on each proposed time, and can suggest additional times.
Close the poll when ready (or set an auto-close date). If a time works for everyone, you're done. Otherwise, respondents' suggestions and original times that got at least one yes run as a round 2 vote.
